Anthony Pettis Looking At October Return

Anthony Pettis recently spoke with MMAjunkie about his return from shoulder surgery and more. Check out the highlights:

On a potential fight with Donal Cerrone: "It's been mentioned by my management. They said it's not necessarily in the works but is more of a rumor. But for me, it's a great opportunity. If it does happen, I'm definitely going to go for it."

On when he plans to return: "I'm shooting for October or November. [My shoulder] is taking a little longer than expected. I want to make sure it's 100 percent before I get back in there."

On his goals: "For me, I want a title shot, so whatever is going to get me that next fight to the title shot, I'm all for it."
