Cariaso: Cutting Down Weight Classes Is Unfair

Chris Cariaso recently spoke with MMAjunkie about fighters who cut a lot of weight in order to drop weight classes, his flyweight bout with Josh Ferguson at UFC on FUEL TV 4 and more. Check out the highlights:

On bantamweight contenders belonging to another weight class naturally: "[Bantamweight] is my natural weight, but it's not their natural weight. Those guys are cutting so much weight and making it unfair for guys that are smaller."

On his dropping to flyweight: "I think me going down to this division is pretty much going to put me at a fair advantage of these guys, and you'll see me at the top of the division in no time."

On Ferguson: "He's got a lot of good wins by submission, but I think he hasn't fought a guy like me. I've definitely fought much tougher guys than him, and I'm ready to bring it."
