Default Women's MMA Updates

LOTS of good stuff going on lately.

First of all, check out these two videos of women's MMA on Fox News on Frank's blog. Julie Kedzie and Kim Couture represent!

Also, you should be checking 8 Count News regularly. My latest installment is an interview with Josh Barnett, the Baby-Faced Assassin, in which he discussed women's MMA in depth--and I didn't even ask him about it! I also wrote a bit about Chevelle Hallback in my MMA's rising stars piece.

There are a TON of great fights coming up, including the GFight summit, which includes an 8-woman 115# tournament and will be broadcast live.

Some real rock stars will be fighting this month, including Tara LaRosa, Marloes Coenen and Meisha Tate. February is shaping up to look like a great month for women's MMA as well, with Erin Toughill, Felice Herrig and Cyborg fighting, plus the Jewels promotion and a bout between Valerie Letourneau and Kate Roy.

Stay tuned!
